All products sold by Big Electric are covered by our return and support policy as outlined below. If assistance is needed for any reason, please use the following link to contact our team so we may help resolve any issues with your order.
- Items are eligible to be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment.
- Items must be in new condition and in their original packaging.
- A refund for the original purchase price will be issued once we receive and inspect the item(s).
- Upon approval for return, a shipping label and instructions will be provided.
- Only items that have been authorized to be returned will be accepted. Any items returned that were not approved in advance will not be refunded or sent back to the customer.
Damaged or defective goods
- If any items were damaged in shipping please contact us immediately for assistance
- Items sold by Big Electric are warrantied to be free from defects for 1 year starting from the shipment date.
- In the case a product is defective, an equal replacement will be provided to the customer.
- If a current replacement is not available, then a refund will be issued for the original purchase price instead.
- We may request the defective product be returned to us in which case a return authorization and shipping label will be provided to the customer.
